For the last 8 years Summer has worked to produce effective, broadcast commercials and content advertising for clients in various industries; travel, lifestyle, wellness, sports, tech, art, fashion and health care, to name a few. She has worked on several short form documentaries many of which focus on philanthropy, social impact work and incredible non-profit organizations. Some of these include; the story of a master craftsman in Japan who designs handcrafted gloves for many of the top MLB players in the US, to the story of how one Kellogg Business School of Management alumni sparked a shift in the way small subsistence farmers grow and sustain their crops in sub-saharan Africa, providing for entire communities, to the legacy and honor that veils the North shore lifeguards in Oahu, who risk their lives in some of the biggest waves in the world.

Her background includes PR and working as a consultant for a private foundation whose aim is to end mass atrocities and promote peace globally. In addition to producing, she is a passionate advocate for social justice and seeks to tell stories that empower us all to serve as catalysts for social impact and change.

Originally from Florida by way of Colorado, she makes her home in Southern California with her husband and two sons, Brave and Ledger.
